The City of Heath is accepting Qualifications for Professional Services for the engineering design of four Safe Routes to School projects, Engineering Contract No. PO3. To be considered, consultants must, at a minimum, have experience with Safe Routes to School grants or similar experience with TxDOT and must be registered engineering firms in the State of Texas. Sub-consultants must be properly registered in the State of Texas. Responses should be addressed to the City of Heath, City Engineer, and shall be marked ?Professional Engineering Services Safe Routes to School Projects? on the outside of the envelope.
Responses to this Notice of Intent (NOI) will be accepted until 2:00 PM, Monday, March 26, 2012, at Freeman-Millican, Inc., 12225 Greenville Avenue, Suite 121, Dallas, Texas, 75243. Respondents to this request must provide a Letter of Interest (LOI) containing detailed information as to the ability of the firm to provide the services requested and assurances of quality, timeliness, compliance with Federal, State, and local rules, effectiveness, and efficiency of requested services. Documents related to the contents of the LOI and consultant selection process are available for review at the above address.
