Notice is hereby given that the Heath Board of Adjustment will hold two public hearings beginning at 7:00 PM on Monday, August 13, 2012 at City Hall, 200 Laurence Drive.

All interested citizens are invited to attend and participate in these public hearings. Specific notice will be given to property owners within 200? of the subject properties.

The Board will hear and take action on the Applications of:

1. Natalie Grant for a 3.7? variance to ?159.23(E)(7) of the Code of Ordinances that requires a minimum 25? rear setback for a proposed patio and balcony addition to the existing residence on Lot 1 in Block 2 of the Buffalo Creek Country Club Estates Phase 1 Addition (100 Country Club Drive) and
2. Charles Lynn Morris for a 5? variance to ?159.25(F)(8)(b) of the Code of Ordinances that requires a minimum 10? side setback for a proposed single-family residence on Lot 14, Block 1 of the Buffalo Creek Tennis Village Addition (28 Tennis Village Drive).
