FURTHER notice is hereby given that the Heath City Council will hold a public hearing at 7:30 PM on Tuesday December 15, 2009 at the City Hall, 200 Laurence Dr. At such times and place, the Commission and the Council will hear and take appropriate action on the Application of Whittle Development, owner of the below described tracts of land. The Applicant is requesting an amendment to the existing Planned Development zoning to add a pet care facility including grooming, veterinary care, indoor pet boarding, pet exercise in fenced and screed area, and retail sales of
related items on a specific lot.
