FURTHER, notice is hereby given that the Heath City Council will hold a public hearing during a meeting that begins at 7:30 PM on Tues., March 23 2010 at the City Hall, 200 Laurence Dr., Heath, TX. At such times and place, the Commission and the Council will hear and take appropriate action on a proposed amendment to Chapter 159, Zoning, of the Code of Ordinances to add §159.07 providing for Masonry Construction requirements. All interested citizens are invited to attend these public hearings and participate in the same.
