Meals on Wheels helps keep the elderly and disabled citizens of Rockwall County living in their homes as long as safely possible through supportive services, nutritious meals and daily human contact. This non-profit delivers over 45,000 meals each year! But community support is needed.

Here are 3 ways you can help:

1. Volunteer to Deliver Meals: The average time commitment is about 1 hour per week. (It?s a good way to get your kids involved in volunteering this summer.)
2. Make a Financial Donation: $35 feeds a senior for a week; $125 for a month; $1,500 a year! And of course, it's tax deductible.
3. Refer a senior or disabled citizen needing support.
