City of Heath Notice of General Election To the registered voters of the City of Heath, Texas, notice is hereby given that the polling place located at Heath City Hall, 200 Laurence Drive, Heath, Texas 75032 will be open from 7 AM to 7 PM on Sat., May 10, 2014 for voting in a General Election to elect a Mayor and 2 Council Members, One for Place 3 and One for Place 5, for 2 year terms each. Early voting by personal appearance shall be conducted at Heath City Hall, 200 Laurence Drive, Heath, on the following dates:    Mon., April 28 – Sat., May 3, 2014 from 8 AM until 5 PM    Mon., May 5 and Tues., May 6, 2014 from 7 AM until 7 PM. Applications for ballot by mail shall be requested from and mailed to Glenda Denton, Rockwall County Election Administrator, 107 E. Kaufman, Rockwall, TX 75087 and must be received no later than the close of business on Fri., May 3, 2014. Notice posted this 4th day of April 2014.
