Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Heath, Texas will hold a public hearing at a meeting that begins at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 2, 2014 at Heath City Hall, 200 Laurence Drive, Heath, Texas.
Further notice is given that, a second public hearing is scheduled where the request and the recommendation of the Planning and Zoning Commission will be considered by the City Council at a meeting that begins at 6:30 pm on Tuesday, September 9, 2014 at Heath City Hall.
At such times and place, the Commission and the Council will hear and take appropriate action on the application for an amendment to Ordinance 000803A that granted a conditional use permit for an accessory building for use as a garage on Lot 19, Block A of the Windward Slope Addition to convert the structure to a pool house; 19 Lakeway Drive; (RCAD Parcel ID: 23841)
Conditional use permits are required for the construction of an accessory structure larger than 300 sq. ft., taller than 15’ in height and/or not built of like materials and design as the main building in a SF-15 Single-family Residential zoning district.
