Notice of Public Hearings before the Heath Planning and Zoning Commission and City Council: Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission will hold public hearings starting at 6:30 PM, Tuesday, November 7, 2017 at Heath City Hall, 200 Laurence Dr. Further notice is given that the City Council will hold public hearings starting at 6:30 PM, Tuesday, November 14, 2017 at Heath City Hall. The Commission and the Council will consider: Hold a Public Hearing and consider the application of property owners Kevin and Robin Mitchell for a Conditional Use Permit to construct a single detached accessory building not built of like materials and design as the main building, that exceeds the maximum allowable building area of 900 square feet, and that exceeds the maximum building height of 15 feet as established in Section 159-21 (B) (4) of the Zoning Code, property being identified as Tract 34-5 situated on 5.000 acres of land out of the A. Rodriquez Survey, Abstract No. 023, being located at 2340 FM 740 in the City of Heath. (CUP-2017-08). The City may continue a public hearing should an applicant so request. Citizens are invited to attend and participate in the public hearings.
