Notice of Public Hearings before the Heath Planning and Zoning Commission and City Council:  Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing starting at 7:00 PM, Tuesday, May 6, 2014 at Heath City Hall, 200 Laurence Dr. Further notice is given that the City Council will hold a public hearing starting at 6:30 PM, Tuesday, May 13, 2014 at Heath City Hall. The City may continue the public hearing should an applicant so request. Citizens are invited to attend and participate in these public hearings. Special notice will be given to property owners within 200’ of the subject properties. The Commission and the Council will consider the applications of  Steven Bray for a Conditional Use Permit for construction of an accessory building (guest house) 2005 sq. ft. in area, 16’3” in height and built of like design and materials at the residence on Lot 6, Block 1, Hills of Buffalo Creek No. 2 Addition (1739 Bison Meadow Lane).
