NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING: Planning and Zoning Commision and City Council

Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission will hold public hearings starting at 7:00 PM, Tuesday, December 3, 2013 at Heath City Hall, 200 Laurence Dr. Further notice is given that the City Council will hold public hearings starting at 6:30 PM, Tuesday, December 10, 2013 at Heath City Hall. The City may continue public hearings should an applicant so request. Citizens are invited to attend and participate in these public hearings. Special notice will be given to property owners within 200’ of the subject properties. The Commission and the Council will consider the applications for:

  1. The application of ERS Telecom Properties on behalf of Kevin Lamberth for a Special Use Permit to Construct a 120’ Monopole Communications Tower within a 50’ by 50’ fenced lease area on Tract 26-07 (3.642 acres; pt of a 16.31 ac tr) E. Teal Survey A-207 within the City of Heath (504 Smirl Drive).
  2. A conditional use permit to construct an accessory building, 1500 sq. ft. in area, 17’-3” in height and built of like materials with a 3:12 pitch roof on Lot 6, Heathridge Estates (560 Smirl Dr.),Heath, Rockwall County, TX, requested by Vasile Dolihschi;
  3. A conditional use permit to add 700 sq ft in area, 12’ in height to an existing accessory structure (2000 sq. ft.; 24’ in ht), and built of like materials and design as the residence on Lot 7, Block A, Seabolt #1 Addition (114 Luther Lane), Heath, Rockwall County, TX, requested by Mike Mishler;
  4.   7. A conditional use permit to construct an accessory building, 4800 sq. ft. in area, 26.5’ in height, not built of like materials and design as the residence on Tract 12-11 (8 acres), A. Rodriguez Survey A-0231 (1096 Rabbit Ridge Rd.), Heath, Rockwall County, TX, requested by Jeff and Piper Cole;
