ONCOR WINTER STORM INFO – City of Heath, TX

Oncor has opened their Winter Storm webpage Oncor.com/winterstorm. This is a one stop webpage that allows for customers to view Oncor’s latest updates,report outages, learn about what to do if they have damages, and they also have a FAQ at the very bottom.

Good to Know:

More than 10,000 Oncor and contractor damage evaluators, lineworkers, tree trimming crew members and other restoration personnel are in position.
The City of Heath offered a location in Heath where they can stage equipment in hopes securing faster response times in case of power outages. It is up to Oncor to take advantage of using this location.
Heath City Management has waived inspection requirements for Oncor to restore power to homes in cases where a City inspection is typically required. Oncor has stated that doing this could enhance power restoration time frames.
