As a premier outdoor lifestyle community, expanding and enhancing the parks and trail system remains a top priority. New nature trails are now open and ready for residents and visitors to enjoy in The Reserve.
These trails can be accessed from Chris Cuny Boulevard, next to Heath High School, or from the paved path that loops around Tom Thumb. This paved trail winds through The Reserve and continues to Smirl Drive, connecting seamlessly with the new natural trails.
In total, more than 70 acres of City-HMBC-owned land have been opened for public use, offering a beautiful mix of paved and natural surfaces. Whether parking near the grocery store or at the trailheads, users now have access to miles of connected trails in the heart of the Towne Center area.
