The City of Heath Launches New Online Business Portal
To make it easier and faster to do business with the City of Heath, the Community Development Department is modernizing operations by moving to the OpenGov Cloud-based platform. The Contractor Portal link on the website will be live on September 15, 2025.
You can use the portal to:
- Apply for Permits and Licenses
- Register as a Contractor
- Submit Development Applications (plat, zoning, site plan requests)
The City of Heath joins more than 1,800 public sector organizations who have improved customer service by leveraging OpenGov to revolutionize work processes with AI and cloud-based software designed specifically to meet the needs of the citizens and businesses.
