PUBLIC HEARING: ZONING AMENDMENT – 301 Hubbard Drive
Notice is hereby given that the Heath Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing at a meeting that begins at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, November 4, 2025. Further notice is given that a second public hearing is scheduled where the City Council will consider and act on the request and the recommendation of the Planning and Zoning Commission at a meeting that begins at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, November 12, 2025. Both meetings will be held at Heath City Hall, 200 Laurence Dr., Heath, Texas.
The following items will be considered:
Conduct a Public Hearing and Act on an Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Heath, Texas, for Case No. ZA-2025-04 requesting to amend the (PD) Planned Development District (Ordinance Nos. 170912A and 230425B) by amending the permitted land uses to allow for the addition of co-working space and an event venue as permitted land uses, for property located at 301 Hubbard Drive, being a 0.955 per parcel of land, situated in the J. Canter Survey A-53, City of Heath, Rockwall County, Texas.
