PUBLIC HEARING: ZONING CHANGE AG – SF43 504 & 510 HUBBARD DRIVE

Notice is hereby given that the Heath Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing at a meeting that begins at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, December 2, 2025. Further notice is given that a second public hearing is scheduled where the City Council will consider and act on the request and the recommendation of the Planning and Zoning Commission at a meeting that begins at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, December 09, 2025. Both meetings will be held at Heath City Hall, 200 Laurence Dr., Heath, Texas.

The following items will be considered:

Conduct a Public Hearing and Act on an Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Heath, Texas, for Case No. ZA-2025-05 requesting to change the zoning from (AG) Agricultural District to (SF-43) Single-Family Residential District, and being a 4.99-acre parcels of land identified as Lots 1 & 2, Block A, Peaceful Pointe Addition, and addressed as 504 & 510 Hubbard Drive, situated in the J. O. Heath Survey A-116, City of Heath, Rockwall County, Texas.
