PUBLIC NOTICE: ZONING CHANGE AG – PDLR – 11+ ACRES, LAURENCE DR.

Notice is hereby given that Heath City Council will consider and act on a recommendation from the Planning and Zoning Commission on a request for a change in zoning and will hold a public hearing at a meeting that begins at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, June 10, 2025.  The meeting will be held at Heath City Hall, 200 Laurence Dr., Heath, Texas.

The following item will be considered:

Case No. ZA-2025-01: Hold a public hearing and consider a request from Grant Keller, on behalf of the owner Beth Jackson, for a change in zoning from (AG) Agricultural District to (PD-LR) Planned Development District and for approval of a concept plan for (LR) Local Retail land uses, being a 11.057-acre tract of land, situated in the E. Teal Survey, Abstract No. 207, City of Heath, Rockwall County, Texas. (Rockwall CAD ID 12818)
