SUPPLIER AND VENDOR REGISTRATION

Welcome to the City of Heath’s Vendor Registration Page. We value business partnerships that contribute to our community’s growth and success. To streamline our interactions, please follow the below steps to become an approved vendor.

Step 1: Register via the OpenGov Portal

To access bid opportunities and receive notifications, please register through our OpenGov Portal:

Instructions:

  1. Click on the “Sign Up Here” link above.
  2. Enter your email address and click “Sign Up.”
  3. Check your email for a confirmation message and follow the activation link.
  4. Complete your profile by providing your name, company details, and selecting relevant commodity categories to receive pertinent bid notifications.

Step 2: Submit Required Documentation for Payment Processing

After completing the OpenGov registration, please provide the following documents to facilitate payment processing:

Collects essential details about your business, including contact information, Tax ID, and payment preferences, to set up your vendor profile in our system.

The IRS requires you to certify your tax identification number (TIN) and business classification for tax reporting purposes.  This form is mandatory for issuing payments.

Ensures Compliance with Chapter 176 of the Texas Local Government Code by disclosing any potential conflicts of interest between your business and City officials.
