The Winter Storm Warning for Rockwall County has been extended until 6 a.m. Thursday. Heath City Hall will be closed today, but the emergency team remains on call along with our dedicated Departments of Public Works and Public Safety. Please stay safe and warm at home…and off the roads.

Waste Connections has ceased trash and recycling collection operations for the remainder of today, Tuesday, January 31 and Wednesday, February 1 due to safety concerns regarding ice. Operations should resume Thursday, February 2. Please leave your polycarts out until emptied this week.
