Waste Connections has ceased trash and recycling collection operations for the remainder of today, Tuesday, January 31 and Wednesday, February 1 due to safety concerns regarding ice. Urgent Request From NTWMD

Due to an emergency repair NTWMD is requesting customers including the City of Rickwall and City of Heath to conserve water. Stage 3 restrictions continue to apply in Heath. Read more.

Stage 3 Water Restrictions are in Effect as of Friday, July 15

Under the Stage 3 Restrictions, City of Heath customers are limited to watering landscapes and lawns with sprinklers or irrigation systems once every two weeks. No watering may occur any day between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. Stage 3 restrictions are mandatory and fines apply for those who do not comply.

Stage 2 Water Restrictions are in Effect as of Today, Thursday, July 14

Under the Stage 2 Restrictions, City of Heath customers are limited to watering landscapes and lawns with sprinklers or irrigation systems once a week. No watering may occur any day between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. It is critical that our community conserve water, and we thank you for doing your part.
