CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: RABBIT RIDGE PHASE 2 CONSTRUCTION

Traffic Flow to be Diverted One Way on August 8 through Project Completion

PROJECT INFORMATION:

• The second phase of Rabbit Ridge Paving Improvements began on June 23, 2022.
• Time of construction is 270 calendar days with a completion date in March of 2023.
• The improvements include a new 12-inch water line along the west Right-Of-Way of the roadway and two new lanes of concrete.
• The improvements will be located in the area from FM 550 to Lodge Hill.
• The first work to be completed will be the new 12” water line.

Beginning August 8, Rabbit Ridge traffic flow will be diverted one way going from FM 550 North to Lodge Hill for the remainder of the project. Residents will have access to their homes at all times.

Please allow extra time for travel in this area; especially during school traffic periods of 7:30-9 a.m. and 2:30-4 p.m. School begins August 15.
