Heath citizens have a consistently high record of voter participation in all local, county, state and national elections.
Be sure your voice is heard on matters that affect you by registering to vote today. You can obtain a voter application at Heath City Hall, during normal business hours.

Local elections are administered by The Rockwall County Elections Department.
The offices of Mayor and Council Member Places 3 and 5 are unopposed in the May 2, 2026 General Election.
As a result, Mayor Jeremiah McClure and Council Members Scott Dodson and Ryan Moorman will be sworn in for their second terms at the May 12, 2026 City Council meeting (meeting date is subject to change).

Saturday May 3rd General Election for the purpose of electing four Council members, Place 1, 2, 4 and Place 6 each for a two-year term.
House Bill 2626 requires all political subdivisions to post on their website all campaign finance reports filed on or after September 1, 2023. In accordance with Section 552.117 of the Texas Government Code (Texas Public Information Act).
Saturday May 4th General Election for the purpose of electing one Mayor and two Council members, Place 3 and Place 5 each for a two-year term.
