NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING – Conditional Use Permit – Accessory Building at 7 Chilton Point Drive

Notice of Public Hearing before the Planning and Zoning Commission and City Council of the City of Heath, Texas: Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing starting at 6:30 PM, Tuesday, June 4, 2019, at Heath City Hall, 200 Laurence Dr. Further notice is given that the City Council will hold a second public hearing starting at 6:30 PM, Tuesday, June 11, 2019, at Heath City Hall. CUP-2019-04 – Conduct a Public Hearing and consider approval of an Ordinance establishing a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) to construct an accessory building (garage and art studio), being 1,125 sq. ft. in area, 21 ft. in height, and built of like materials and design as proposed for a new residence on 1.70 acres of land out of the C. Cobb Survey, Abstract No. 3, City of Heath, Rockwall County, Texas, being located at the most western terminus of Chilton Point Drive, north of James Drive. The property is address as 2 Chilton Point Drive and is zoned Single-Family 43 (SF 43) District. Citizens are invited to attend and participate in these public hearings, and the City Council may continue a public hearing from one meeting to another.
