NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FISCAL YEAR 2021 PROPOSED ANNUAL BUDGET

The City of Heath will conduct a Public Hearing on Wednesday, September 9, 2020 concerning its 2021 Fiscal Budget for the period of October 1, 2020 through September 30, 2021. The Public Hearing will be held at a meeting of the City Council at 6:30 p.m. at 200 Laurence Dr., Heath, Texas.

This budget will raise more total property taxes than last year’s budget by $279,200, which is a 4.0% increase and of that amount $322,551 is tax revenue to be raised from new property added to the tax roll this year.

A copy of the proposed 2021 Fiscal Budget is available for public inspection at City Hall located at 200 Laurence Dr., Heath, Texas and may be reviewed between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. A copy of the proposed Budget is also available here.
