NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING: FISCAL YEAR 2023 PROPOSED ANNUAL BUDGET
The City of Heath will conduct a Public Hearing on Tuesday, September 27, 2022 concerning its 2023 Fiscal Budget for the period of October 1, 2022 through September 30, 2023. The Public Hearing will be held at a meeting of the City Council at 6:30 p.m. at 200 Laurence Dr., Heath, Texas.
This budget will raise more total property taxes than last year’s budget by $282,900 which is a 3.86% increase and of that amount $333,300 is tax revenue to be raised from new property added to the tax roll this year. A copy of the proposed 2023 Fiscal Budget is available for public inspection at City Hall located at 200 Laurence Dr., Heath, Texas and may be reviewed between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
