EXPECTED CHANGE

Thank you for conserving water this summer. By doing so, the City was able to avoid Stage 3 water restrictions.

With cooler weather and rain, the City anticipates returning to Stage 1 within the next 10 days if reduced water demand remains consistent. Stage 1 allows watering with an irrigation system twice weekly on your scheduled days. An announcement will be made on the City website and via text/email alert to utility customers.

CITY COUNCIL WATER DISCUSSION

At the 09/13 meeting City Council approved a contract with Freeman-Millican to begin work identifying new sources of water and the infrastructure needed for delivery. It is anticipated that their first report back to Council will occur at the December 12 meeting. You are invited to attend.
