ZONING NOTIFICATION: Center Court, Buffalo Creek Tennis Village – Case BA-2021-02

Conduct a Public Hearing and act on a Variance request from WCG, LP to allow a proposed accessory structure (pergola to cover an existing deck) to encroach twenty-one feet (21′) into the required thirty-foot (30′) side yard building setback facing a street; as well as a Variance required to exceed the maximum height of accessory structures by seven feet, for property located at 1 Center Court, being Lot 28, Block 1 of Buffalo Creek Tennis Village. The property is zoned Townhouse Residential District (TH). (Rockwall County CAD Map ID NO 54129) This case was previously scheduled for the January 21, 2021 meeting of the Board of Adjustment. The applicant withdrew the case before the January 21, 2021 meeting.
