Conduct a Public Hearing and consider approval of a Resolution granting a Variance to Chapter 157 “Fences” of the Code of Ordinances to allow an eight foot (8′) masonry privacy fence along the side property lines and a six foot (6′) chain link fence with one foot (1′) of barbed wire along the rear property line for a utility service center on property zoned (A) Agricultural District and owned by Oncor Electric Delivery Company containing 10.96 acres within the City of Heath and being part of a 60.47 acre tract extending into the City of Dallas Extraterritorial Jurisdiction.
