ZONING NOTIFICATION: Towne Center Overlay District – Case No: ZTA-2019-02
Conduct a Public Hearing and consider adoption of an ordinance amending various sections of Chapter 159, “Zoning,” of the Code of Ordinances, City of Heath, Texas, the same being known as the Zoning Ordinance, specifically Section 159.29, “Towne Center Overlay District,” for the purpose of implementing technical corrections, and to amend certain land use provisions and requirements to reflect the goals and objectives established in the City of Heath 2018 Comprehensive Plan adopted by Ordinance No. 180410A on April 10, 2018.
