PUBLIC NOTICE: Fence Variance – 1204 Smirl Drive

Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Heath, Texas will hold a public hearing at a meeting that begins at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, March 10, 2026, at Heath City Hall, 200 Laurence Dr., Heath, Texas. The following item will be considered:

FV-2026-01: Hold a public hearing and act on a Resolution granting a variance to Chapter 157.02 Fences in Residential Areas, Section (C), of the Heath Code of Ordinances, that would allow for forty eight (48) feet of seven (7) ft tall stucco wall within the (SF-43) Single-Family Residential District on a 3 acre property located at 1204 Smirl Dr, City of Heath, Rockwall County, Texas.
