PUBLIC NOTICE: Fence Variance – 1212 Smirl Drive

Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Heath, Texas will hold a public hearing at a meeting that begins at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, March 10, 2026, at Heath City Hall, 200 Laurence Dr., Heath, Texas. The following item will be considered:

FV-2026-02: Hold a public hearing and act on a Resolution granting certain variances to Chapter 157.03 Fences in Agricultural Areas, sections (A), (D) and (G): Fences, of the Heath Code of Ordinances, that would allow for one hundred twenty-four (124) ft of seven (7) ft tall stucco wall with a one (1) ft wide by eight (8) ft long and eight (8) ft tall decorative black metal I-Beam with a planter pass through opening in front on the property located at 1212 Smirl Rd, City of Heath, Rockwall County, Texas.
