PUBLIC NOTICE: Fence Variance – 1212 Smirl Drive rear of the property

Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Heath, Texas will hold a public hearing at a meeting that begins at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, March 10, 2026, at Heath City Hall, 200 Laurence Dr., Heath, Texas. The following item will be considered:

FV-2026-03: Hold a public hearing and act on a Resolution granting a variance to Chapter 157.03 Fences in Agricultural Areas, Section (A), of the Heath Code of Ordinances, that would allow for an eight (8) ft tall cedar privacy fence on the property located adjacent to the east and the rear of the property at 1212 Smirl Dr., City of Heath, Rockwall County, Texas.
