PUBLIC NOTICE: Side Setback Variance – 207 Craig Drive

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Adjustment of the City of Heath, Texas will hold a public hearing at a meeting that begins at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, May 7, 2026, at Heath City Hall, 200 Laurence Dr., Heath, Texas.

The following item will be considered:
Conduct a public hearing and act on Case No. BA-26-1 for a Variance request to the City of Heath Code of Ordinances, Section 159.22(E)(8)(a) to allow for a 12-ft encroachment into the minimum 15-ft side yard setback for the purpose of constructing an addition to the existing home on property zoned for (SF-22) Single-Family Residential land uses, being described as Lot 4, Block 2, Club Estates #2 Addition, and located at 207 Craig Drive, City of Heath, Rockwall County, Texas.
