PUBLIC NOTICE: MASTER THOROUGHFARE MAP AMENDMENT

Notice is hereby given that the Heath Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing at a meeting that begins at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, May 5, 2026. Further notice is given that a second public hearing is scheduled where the City Council will consider and act on the request and the recommendation of the Planning and Zoning Commission at a meeting that begins at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, May 26, 2026. Both meetings will be held at Heath City Hall, 200 Laurence Dr., Heath, Texas.

The following items will be considered:
Conduct a Public Hearing and act on an Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Heath, Texas, amending the City of Heath Master Thoroughfare Plan by map amendment only for the removal of a proposed Arterial and a Major Collector Roadways as currently depicted on current Master Thoroughfare Plan Map.
