PUBLIC NOTICE: SIDE SETBACK VARIANCE – 1204 STONEWALL TRAIL

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Adjustment of the City of Heath, Texas will hold a public hearing at a meeting that begins at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, June 25, 2026, at Heath City Hall, 200 Laurence Dr., Heath, Texas.

The following item will be considered:

Conduct a public hearing and act on Case No. BA-26-2 for a Variance request to the City of Heath Code of Ordinances, Section 159.22(E)(8)(a) to allow for a 3-ft encroachment into the minimum 15-ft side yard setback for the purpose of constructing a single-family home on property zoned for (SF-22) Single-Family Residential land uses, being described as Lot 6, Block E/1, Cove Ridge Acres #1 addition, and located at 1204 Stonewall Trail, City of Heath, Rockwall County, Texas.
