PUBLIC HEARING: CUP – 125 VICTORIA PLACE
Notice is hereby given that the Heath Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing at a meeting that begins at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, November 5, 2026. Further notice is given that a second public hearing is scheduled where the City Council will consider and act on the request and the recommendation of the Planning and Zoning Commission at a meeting that begins at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, November 10, 2026. Both meetings will be held at Heath City Hall, 200 Laurence Dr., Heath, Texas.
The following items will be considered:
Conduct a public hearing and act on an Ordinance for Case No. CUP-26-8, a request by Ken McNaughton to allow for a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) for a Helicopter Pad in an (A) Agricultural District, being described as Lot 1-R, Pecan Knoll, and located at 125 Victoria Place, City of Heath, Rockwall County, Texas.
