Notice of Public Hearing: Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Heath, Texas will hold a public hearing at a meeting that begins at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, February 12, 2019 at Heath City Hall, 200 Laurence Dr., Heath, Texas. The City Council will consider the following application request: Conduct a Public Hearing and take action on an application request from Rockwall County Emergency Medical Services for a Special Exception, as authorized by Section 159.07 (c) of the Heath, Texas Code of Ordinances, for a waiver to the exterior masonry requirements for a proposed garage structure to house emergency vehicles on property zoned Single-Family 43 (SF-43) Residential District, being 1.025 acres of land situated in the E. Teal Survey, Abstract No. 207, Tract 11, and being addressed as 6834 S. FM 549 in the City of Heath, Rockwall County, Texas. Citizens are invited to attend and participate in the public hearing, and the City Council may continue a public hearing from one meeting to another.
