Conduct a Public Hearing and take action on an application request from Rockwall County Emergency Medical Services for a Special Exception, as authorized by Section 159.07 (c) of the Heath, Texas Code of Ordinances, for a waiver to the exterior masonary requirements for a proposed garage structure to house emergency vehicles on property zoned Single-Family 43 (SF-43) Residential District, being 1.025 acres of land situated in the E. Teal Survey, Abstract No. 207, Tract 11, and being addressed as 6834 S. FM 549 in the City of Heath, Rockwall County, Texas.
