Conduct a Public Hearing and take action on an application request from TX Heath Senior Living, L.P. to change the zoning and future land use designation for the approximately 14.0015 acres of land situated within the W.W. Ford Survey, Abstract No. 80, Tract 2 (the Property), from a Planned Development District for for Local Retail (LR) uses, as established by Ordinance No. 130423, to a Planned Development District (with Concept Plan approval) for the proposed 198-unit, senior housing multi-family complex. The Property is located north and east of the intersection of Horizon Road (FM 3097) and Jeff Boyd Circle, in the City of Heath, Rockwall County, Texas.
