NOTICE OF TAX RATES

This budget will raise more revenue from property taxes than last year’s budget by an amount of $377,887.00, which is a 3.84% increase from last year’s budget. The property tax revenue to be raised from new property added to the tax roll this year is $196,850.00. This budget is based on a tax rate of $0.275650, 0.014661 cents lower than last year’s tax rate of $0.290311. (Updated 08/19/2025)
