TxDOT UPDATE: FM 1140 (Smirl Dr.) Reduced to One Lane Starting Saturday June 29

Farm to Market (FM) 1140 (Smirl Drive) will be temporarily converted to one lane between Darr Road and Terry Lane starting this Saturday, June 29. North and southbound traffic will alternate through this location with the assistance of traffic signals. This configuration is expected to last through August 24 and is needed to construct a culvert.

Portable changeable message boards have been placed in advance to inform the traveling public of the closures. Drivers should expect delays and plan accordingly.
